They arrived early in the morning with a bucket lift truck, a 2nd truck with big trailer to haul the cut wood, a chipper, and a skid steer. Jeremy dropped by a couple of days earlier to provide a reasonable quote. My wife and I appreciated the good work of Jeremy and his assistant Travis today in pruning four elms and a maple. They were prompt in arrival and completed the work in about two hours. They clearly advised on space set-up prior to beginning. Jeremy used the aerial basket effectively to remove branches with both the chain and pole saws, and being careful of the garage roof below. On the ground, Travis moved the fallen branches safely into the wood chipper. Both men used professional clothing and safety helmets with ear protection. They cleaned all areas upon completion. The trees are looking good with their haircuts!

Thank you very much for doing such a great job for me! I was really happy with the service provided, one pruning of a large Manitoba Maple and removal of 3 old cedars. The customer service was excellent, Colleen was friendly and polite and I only had to wait a couple of days for the estimator to come. Then, when I phoned them to book the removal, they were able to do the job within the week. When Rodger came to do my quote, I asked him questions about a couple of trees in my yard. He was knowledgeable about the tree species and a type of insect that was on the tree. This was in addition to talking about the tree pruning and removal. The crew was great, they phoned to tell me they were on their way. Ty was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. The debris from the work was blown and swept off the driveway/sidewalk and raked up off the lawn. The stump grinder guy came 2 days later and he was also careful about his work.

We had arranged for them to do 2 separate things for us; first of all, they removed a diseased tree from the back yard, and then also pruned and cleaned up a birch in the front yard. And then to have your crew out the next day was fantastic! Tim and the crew were efficient and professional. Also, my request to have the stumps ground deeper than normal was also done and I was pleased to see that! We had your crew in to remove 7 large trees and it was done within the day, including the majority of the clean up. Very reasonably priced, courteous staff - a great experience all round! We were amazed at how quickly the work was done, and appreciated that the foreman confirmed with us, before starting the work, the trees that were to be removed, so as to ensure there were no "oops!" when we got home that night.

We had an estimate done on our "sky-high" spruce tree in our back yard about one month ago and were please with the estimate. I called back & spoke with Colleen to find out if our gates would need to be removed as we have dogs and did not want to have to remove them. After a week or so she was able to tell me that the crew could remove the branches etc through the back gate. The 2 man crew came the next day . We figured that it would be an all day or two day project as it was a BIG tree and in a kind of awkward spot. They were done & cleaned up in about 2 1/2 hours. You would never know we even had a tree there. This also was after we just had a dump of snow and it was minus 20 wind chill. We will definitely recommend B & B Tree Service. Bev & Terry

When I called to request an estimate, Jeremy said that he was nearby and he offered to come by to take a look at our tree. I requested a written quote from three local companies and B&B Tree provided the best information and a competitive price. Their follow-up was excellent. The crew arrived on schedule and the cutting was completed safely. The large tree pieces that did not go into the chipper were removed the same afternoon. My requests during this activity were well received, explanations provided and accommodated in a reasonable fashion, including clean-up. The root grinding was scheduled and completed before I was able to be on hand. Upon removal of the remaining mulch the following week, some root was identified that I needed removed. A call to the office and the root grinder took care of the root issue in a very timely way. My objective was to have minimal evidence of the tree and roots and this was accomplished on schedule in spite of the weather. One of the best contractor experiences ever. Job well Done! A happy customer.

I had emergency work that needed to be done quickly after a windstorm knocked a lot of branches down in my yard. It was a busy time because of damage across the city. I had my estimate within 3 hours. They finished the emergency work the next day as promised, and then to my surprise trimmed the other trees that were soon to be a danger as well. They had not expected to get that work done until the following week. They had the right equipment to get the job done and a skilled crew.
